Cancelation Policy

‍All members and public golfers at Mt. Prospect Golf Club must cancel or change their tee time at least 24 hours in advance. For any tee times booked online or over the phone, a minimum 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to cancel within this window or not showing up for your tee time gives Mt. Prospect Golf Club the right to charge you for the full cost of the reserved tee time. This policy ensures fair access to our tee times and encourages accountability among all golfers.

Golfers with permanent tee times must also cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If a permanent tee time is not canceled within this timeframe, Mt. Prospect Golf Club reserves the right to deduct one round from your 20-play pass for each missed reservation. This helps ensure that our tee times remain available for others and that missed reservations are managed effectively.

Unlimited play pass holders are also required to cancel their reserved tee times 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or show up for a reserved weekend tee time allows Mt. Prospect Golf Club to charge your park district account for the missed tee time. This policy helps maintain availability and ensures that all pass holders use their tee times responsibly.

For any GolfNow "Hot Deals," all cancellations must be handled directly through GolfNow. Mt. Prospect Golf Club cannot issue refunds or rainchecks for Hot Deal reservations. In the event of inclement weather, golfers are still required to call and cancel their tee time. Do not assume the golf course is closed, and please note that refunds will not be issued automatically. Failure to notify us of your cancellation may result in a charge for the full cost of the reserved tee time. This policy ensures clear communication and proper handling of all reservations.
